Yet another Monday weigh in has come and gone. In all reality I probalby wouldve either maintained or gained a bit had I not got sick Sunday. The scale showed a loss of .2
I REALLY need to work on quitting Coke. I think I am at a plateau with my weight loss and without dropping the soda and getting more exercise in, I might be stuck at were im at. Which isnt completley a bad thing, its just not were I want to be.
So what are the things I need to focus on the remainder of the week. Less soda first off. Getting back to 6-8 servings of water a day. More fruits and veggies.
We shall see what happens...
