Frankies Running, Ranting, etc

Here I site, almost 1 o'clock in the morning, I should be in bed. I know thats where Deb wouldve liked me about 3 hours ago. Instead I am sitting here on the 'puter. Training for San Jose starts Sunday. Im nervous, anxious and excited. Hope my knee doesnt give me too many fits.. Frankie out!
